Agreement to these terms
By calling 1Dial, using this website, or receiving services from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
How 1Dial works
1Dial is a dialing service. You call and tell our AI agent what you need help with. We use the information you provide to help clarify your request and point you toward relevant next steps or providers. 1Dial does not itself perform home, repair, or other third-party services.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. Do not use 1Dial to submit harmful, fraudulent, unlawful, or infringing requests. If your request involves an emergency or immediate threat to safety, call 911 or your local emergency service instead of 1Dial.
SMS messaging terms
By affirmatively checking a standalone SMS consent box on a 1Dial web form or by agreeing to the separate verbal SMS disclosure during a call, you authorize 1Dial to send the transactional text messages described at that point of opt-in to the mobile number you provide. Depending on the selected program, messages may include business waitlist, account-access, and customer-care updates or service-request confirmations, provider outreach updates, quotes, provider availability, scheduling options, appointment confirmations, changes, cancellations, and completion updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; after opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your unsubscribe request. Reply START to opt back in after opting out. For help, reply HELP or call the service number shown on this site. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not required to purchase or use 1Dial’s services. Your consent applies only to messages sent by 1Dial and does not authorize independent service providers to send you text messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and supported carriers and messaging availability may vary. Review how we handle your information in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party providers
Any provider, business, or resource identified through 1Dial is independent of 1Dial. You are responsible for evaluating providers and for any agreement, price, work, or outcome involving them. 1Dial does not guarantee availability, quality, licensing, pricing, or results of third-party services.
Service availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of 1Dial at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
1Dial provides information and assistance on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1Dial disclaims warranties of any kind. 1Dial is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or from a third-party provider's actions or omissions.
